Rajesh Kumar A has extensive work experience in project and program management. Rajesh is currently the Head of Program Management at Whizlabs, where they manage core projects and a scrum team. Rajesh is also certified in Agile scrum master and Certified Scrum Product Owner. Prior to their current role, they worked as a Program Manager at Simplilearn, managing project deliveries with a high success rate. Rajesh also has experience as an Operations Manager at Global Techcraft Solutions, where they maintained excellent client relationships and was responsible for business continuity planning. Earlier in their career, they were a Service Team Manager at Aegis Global, focusing on process improvement and customer satisfaction.

Rajesh Kumar A began their education at Army Public School Bangalore, where they studied from 1990 to 2003. During this time, they did not obtain a specific degree or field of study.

After completing their schooling, Rajesh went on to pursue a Diploma in Computer Application from the Indian Institute of Management Studies. Rajesh studied there from 2003 to 2005.

Following that, Rajesh obtained a Bachelor's degree from the Indian Institute of Management Studies, where they studied from 2005 to 2008.

Continuing their education, Rajesh completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Indian Institute of Management Studies between 2010 and 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Rajesh has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Rajesh became a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt in February 2018 through Simplilearn. In September 2019, they became a Certified Agile Scrum Master through EXIN. More recently, in July 2022, Rajesh obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance. Rajesh also acquired the JIRA User & Admin certification from StarAgile in September 2022. Most recently, in October 2022, they became a Leading SAFe 5.1 Agilist through Scaled Agile, Inc.
