Brian Maloney

Brian Maloney currently serves as Vice President of Real Estate at Whole Foods Market since June 2020. Prior to this role, Brian held the position of Managing Director at Ram Realty Advisors from June 2015 to June 2020, where responsibilities included leading a retail and mixed-use retail group across Florida and the Southeastern U.S. Additionally, Brian was Vice President & Officer of Retail Leasing at EDENS: Connective Retail from April 2007 to June 2015, focusing on leasing market-dominant East Coast grocery-anchored assets. Earlier in Brian's career, positions included Development Associate at Nemchik Commercial Real Estate, assisting in the underwriting and development of various properties in the Atlanta area. Brian holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Georgia School of Law, an Advanced Spanish Certificate from ICA Spanish Language School in Guatemala, and a BA in History from Wofford College.
