Claire Zaruba

Claire Zaruba has been a director of academics at Whooo's Reading since October 2014. Claire previously worked as a preschool teacher at Joy In Learning from August 2013 to October 2014, where they supervised and directed 25 Pre-Kindergarten students in State Board of Ed. approved curriculum. Claire also coordinated a teaching strategies with co-teachers, teacher assistants, directors, and executives. Claire developed a technology-driven approach to enhance early education using multiple platforms. Claire is also a candidate for Assistant Director.

From September 2010 to June 2013, Claire Zaruba was a practicum teacher assistant at 4J and Salem-Keizer School Districts. Claire supported a diverse network of education professionals in a wide array of classroom settings. Claire implemented learning theories, provided administrative/clerical assistance, and aided in organization and scheduling of activities. Claire used knowledge of technology and various programs to promote modern teaching techniques.

Claire Zaruba went to Sandy Union High School where they studied psychology. Claire then went on to the University of Oregon where they got their Bachelor's degree in Education. Claire also has a certification from the Red Cross in First Aid/CPR.
