Danielle Burns, MBA, PGA, is a Customer Success Specialist at Whoosh, Inc. since September 2022. Previously, Danielle served as a Golf Professional at Broadmoor Golf Club from January 2019 to September 2022, where leadership of junior programs and captaining the PGA Junior League team were key responsibilities. Danielle's experience also includes roles as Assistant Golf Professional at Chevy Chase Club, focusing on high-end customer service and Ladies 9 Holers events, and as a Golf Intern at Highlands Country Club, assisting in numerous tournaments. Additional internships at Chevy Chase Club and The Golf Club at Newcastle provided valuable insights into pro shop operations and club management. Danielle holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in PGM from Methodist University.
