Najla Baeshen

Najla Baeshen, PE, MSc, currently serves as the Director of Sustainability for the Middle East and Africa at Atkins since December 2022. In addition to this role, Baeshen is an active angel investor at GLEAC, whyise, and Kerning Cultures Network. Previously, Baeshen was the Managing Director of Baes Infinitas, LLC from January 2021 to December 2022 and contributed as an Executive Board Member for Cougars for Women in Construction at the University of Houston from July 2021 to July 2022. A background at Saudi Aramco spans major projects, finance, corporate planning, and project controls from November 2012 to June 2020. Earlier in the career, Baeshen held positions as Project Manager at Jacobs and Senior Engineer at Parsons Brinckerhoff. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago and an Executive Program from the University of Oxford.
