Fion Fong

Fion Fong has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2014 with a Corporate Communications Intern role at Red Hat. In 2015, Fion became an Account Executive Intern at Pivot Marketing. From 2016 to 2019, Fion held a Marketing and Communications role and India & Southeast Asia Management Trainee, Food & Beverage role at Hilton. In 2019, Fion moved to Trip.com as Regional BD and Partnerships, Singapore and Malaysia. In 2020, Fion joined Changi Travel Services as Strategy and Business Development, and also took on the roles of Commercial Director and Head Of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships at WhyQ.

Fion Fong completed a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Corporate Communications from Singapore Management University from 2012 to 2016. In 2014, they were a Marketing Exchange Scholar at Fudan University, also completing a Bachelor's Degree. In addition, Fion has obtained several certifications, including Customer Analytics from Coursera in April 2020, Planning and Managing Projects from Strategy Execution in February 2018, Inbound Sales and Sales Enablement from HubSpot Academy in April 2020, and the Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google in April 2020.
