Lauren Fox has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Lauren began their career as an Administrative Intern at Amnesty International, where they organized events and researched human rights issues. Lauren then worked as an Administrative Intern at Hooker and Holcombe Retirement Companies, where they gained administrative experience. Lauren then joined AmeriCorps as a Training Project Leader and later as a Team Leader, leading a team of volunteers and providing coaching and support. After AmeriCorps, they worked at City Year as a Development Associate, Senior Development Associate, and Corporate Partnerships Manager, where they secured grants, cultivated relationships with funders, and managed corporate partnerships. Lauren also worked as a Grants Manager & Consultant, where they developed marketing materials, provided grant management expertise, and ensured clients met fundraising goals. Most recently, they held roles at LIFT, Inc., including Foundation Relations Manager and National Development Director, where they developed grant strategies, managed the grants calendar, and collaborated with fundraisers. Lauren has a strong background in grant writing, fundraising, and building relationships with donors.

Lauren Fox attended Farmington High School from 2000 to 2004. After completing high school, they enrolled at Roger Williams University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science & History.
