Xiomara R.

Xiomara R. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Xiomara currently serves as the Vice President of Organizational Impact at LIFT, Inc. and has been in this role since January 2022. Xiomara also holds the position of Executive Director-New York since April 2019 in the same company. Prior to LIFT, Inc., Xiomara worked as a Managing Director at 4Impact starting from March 2016.

Xiomara R. also has experience in the education sector, specifically at Stony Brook University, where they were a Clinical Assistant Professor from January 2015 to January 2022. Currently, they are pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Organizational Leadership at The Chicago School, although no specific start or end years are provided for these educational experiences.
