Hila Reich

Hila Reich has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Hila is currently the VP of HR & Operations at Wib, a position they have held since June 2023. Prior to that, from October 2021 to February 2023, they worked at RapidAPI as the TLV GM & HR Lead. In this role, they were responsible for leading the HR team and processes, including employee relations, benefits, and welfare. Prior to Waze, Hila worked at Kornit Digital from December 2015 to June 2016 as a Project Manager and Internal Communication Manager. In this role, they implemented a global communication plan and led the customization and implementation of a new employee portal.

From January 2012 to November 2015, Hila worked at Comverse Technology, Inc. as a Project Manager and Internal Communication specialist. Their responsibilities included innovating global communication initiatives, developing and implementing communication strategies, messaging, and programs, and managing travel cost-saving projects.

Hila's earlier work experience includes a role as a Recruiter Manager at Michal Gershon Sobol from May 2010 to January 2012, an Executive Assistant position at Microsoft from January 2009 to May 2010, and a customer service role at Yes Television from January 2004 to January 2007.
