Danny McKay

Danny McKay has a diverse range of work experience starting in 2011. Danny began as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at Grossmont College before transitioning to various research positions at Stanford University. In 2015, they worked as a Resident Manager at Genesis Recovery San Diego and as a Web Developer at 530Digital.com. Later, they joined younity as a Software Engineer, where they collaborated on various projects related to marketing, localization, security, and analytics. Currently, Danny is a Senior Software Engineer at Wickfire, where they contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using Symfony (PHP), HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL. Danny has played an integral role in building an internal content management system and client-facing web applications. Overall, Danny's work experience encompasses software engineering, web development, research, and teaching.

Danny McKay completed a Basic Military Training Course and obtained a Certificate of Training at the Community College of the Air Force in 2007-2008. Afterwards, they attended Grossmont College from 2010 to 2012, where they earned an Associate of Science degree with Honors/Certificate of Achievement in University Studies - Science and Mathematics. Finally, from 2012 to 2014, Danny attended Stanford University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree with Departmental Honors in Psychology.
