James Lees, MBA has a diverse work experience. James started in 2007 as a Partner at Mixfevers Technology, LLC. In 2008, they joined MidAtlantic Computer Connection as a Web Developer & Computer Tech, where they developed web applications and managed servers. In 2010, they began working at Wicomico County Health Department as a Computer Network Specialist and later as a Contracted Web Developer. In 2012, they became a Business Partner at Main Roots Coffee, LLC, handling various business responsibilities. Finally, in 2015, they returned to Wicomico County Health Department as the Director of IT, and eventually as the Director of Information Technology.
James Lees, MBA, obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Salisbury University - Perdue School of Business from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned a BS in Information Systems Management from Wilmington University between 2011 and 2013. Additionally, they pursued a Web Development degree from Delaware Technical and Community College-Owens from 2009 to 2012, and an AAS in CIS Microcomputers and Networking from the same institution from 2008 to 2011.
James Lees also holds various certifications. In March 2022, they obtained the ICS-100 certification from FEMA. In August 2020, they acquired the CompTIA Cloud Admin Professional – CCAP Stackable Certification and the CompTIA Cloud+ ce Certification. James also holds the CompTIA A+ ce Certification, CompTIA IT Operations Specialist – CIOS Stackable Certification, and the CompTIA Network+ ce Certification, all of which they received in August 2012.
