Cynthia Lapidus

Cynthia Lapidus possesses extensive experience in social work with a focus on adoption and kinship care. Currently serving as a Warm Line Support Specialist/Trainer for The New Jersey Adoption Resource Clearing House at Children's Aid and Family Services since February 2017, Cynthia provides crucial support and resources to various stakeholders in the adoption process. Additionally, Cynthia holds contract social worker positions with Wide Horizons For Children and A Loving Choice Adoption Associates, where responsibilities include case management, home study evaluations, and post-adoption support. Previous roles include significant experience at Homestudies & Adoption Placement Services and Lutheran Social Ministries of New Jersey, as well as facilitating the Tuning in to Teens™ program. Cynthia holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Elizabethtown College.
