Samara Cahill Michalis

Samara Cahill Michalis has an extensive work experience in various marketing and event roles. Samara most recently worked at WideOrbit as the Event Marketing Lead since March 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Marketing and Operations at Homemade Events from September 2020 to April 2022. Samara also worked at Moogsoft as the Senior Manager of Field Marketing and Events from December 2019 to September 2020, and as the Manager of Field Marketing and Events from May 2019 to December 2019. Before that, they were an Event Marketing Specialist at WideOrbit from February 2018 to May 2019. Samara also gained experience as an Associate Planner at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from June 2013 to February 2018. Earlier in their career, they worked as both a Public Relations Freelancer and an Intern at LaFORCE, as well as a Public Relations Intern at Cristiano Magni PR. Samara began their career as a Public Relations Intern at Amy Barrickman Design and Trust Company of the West/The TCW Group.

Samara Cahill Michalis completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications/Public Relations, French & Francophone Studies, and Business from Villanova University from 2008 to 2012. In 2012, they attended the Fashion Institute of Technology, focusing on Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication. Before university, they attended Mayfield Senior School from 2004 to 2008. Samara also studied fine arts at the Pasadena Art Center College of Design.
