**About us:**Wifinity was founded in 2007 to solve a problem—our armed forces were struggling with reliable connectivity. While living in barracks, often in remote locations, ordering a landline and booking in an engineer just wasn’t an option.
And that problem isn’t exclusive to the military, either. Students living in university accommodation, families visiting holiday resorts, or living in shared accommodation and retirement communities.
Conventional home broadband doesn’t always work for them.
Wifinity is different. We offer the same benefits as traditional broadband, such as super-fast speeds, WiFi, and secure and private networks, but none of the downsides. We even offer Pay As You Go and flexible contracts, so customers only pay for what they need without hefty penalties or long contract terms.

**The opportunity:**We are looking for a senior marketing manager to lead brand awareness, demand generation, and B2C customer conversion.
You will be working into the marketing lead, and have significant visibility and influence across the company – including with our senior leadership team / CEO / investment board.
It is an exciting opportunity to show-off your conversion marketing skills, introduce new channels and build and optimise creative campaigns to create business growth. You will handle everything from message development to creative asset design, multi-channel delivery, ROI reporting, budget and insight, working with a network of external agencies. You will also be line managing a junior marketing operations manager, and their development.
We want Wifinity’s marketing to pop! We might be a telecoms company, but we want to strip away the complexity for our customers. As an experienced, creative B2C marketeer, you will be comfortable with end-to-end marketing planning and delivery, including market research; defining value propositions; ideation; creative briefing; copywriting; organic and paid social media; email campaigns; website management; partner marketing; field marketing – and opening new routes-to-market.
This is a significant opportunity to make a commercial and strategic difference to a major, high-profile area of our business. Your contribution will help determine our ongoing B2C product and propositions roadmap development.
