Dawn Kennedy Ogrodowicz

Dawn Kennedy Ogrodowicz is the Chief Talent Officer. She is responsible for the firm-wide management of attracting, retaining and developing professional talent. Dawn’s involvement in talent acquisition includes sourcing, screening, offers, orientation and integration for lateral partner, associate, summer associate and paralegal candidates. Dawn’s development responsibilities include performance management, mentoring, continuing education and retention.

Prior to joining the firm, Dawn served in a similar role at both a global law firm and regional boutique firm. She also adds depth with her other business experience, from administering defined contribution plans to marketing for a securities firm.

Dawn received her Master of Business Administration in Finance from Fairfield University. She received her undergraduate degree from Boston University.
