Rizky Hani Febriyanto

Rizky Hani Febriyanto is an experienced finance and human resources professional currently serving as the Finance & Human Resources Manager at PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk.'s South Sulawesi Plant since August 2016. In this role, Rizky leads and manages teams across various departments including accounting, finance, taxation, human resources, procurement, and general affairs, focusing on team performance and stakeholder service. Prior to this position, Rizky held roles such as Finance & Human Resources Assistant Manager at the Pasuruan Plant and Accounting Officer at the company's Head Office, where responsibilities included financial reporting and operational oversight. Rizky began the career in finance with an On-the-Job Training program, following a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Universitas Sebelas Maret. Additionally, Rizky briefly worked as a Quality Assurance Game Tester at Gameloft Indonesia.
