Jason Hedge has extensive experience in human resources, primarily as a Director of Human Resources in various companies. Jason has worked in companies such as Precisional LLC, Seco Precision, Spectra Precision, Protempis, and LOADRITE, where they have overseen human resources operations for the Americas region. In these roles, they have focused on talent management, employee relations, and organizational development. Prior to their work in these companies, they founded Launchable Leadership, where they provided HR consulting and training development services. Jason also served as the Director of Human Resources at Sweetbridge, Inc. and Bethel, where they were responsible for various HR functions.
Jason Hedge holds a Master's degree in Industrial Technology from California State University, Fresno. Jason also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same institution. In addition to their academic achievements, Jason obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from the SHRM institution in December 2015.
