Kristoffer Tjørn Seime

Kristoffer is a Senior Lawyer at Wikborg Rein's Bergen office and is a part of the firm's M&A practice. Kristoffer advises clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions, including questions related to company law, securities law and contract law.

Kristoffer has previously worked for several years as in-house legal counsel at DNB Bank ASA, both as an advisor on the DNB group's M&A- and venture capital transactions, and as an advisor to DNB Markets Investment Banking Division. He has also worked for several years at the law firm BAHR, where he primarily focused on shipping-related transactions and restructurings.
