Erick Tay

Erick Tay has a diverse work experience in various roles within the video production and customer service fields. Erick is currently the Director of Video Production at Fandom since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Red Ventures as the Director of Video Production at GameSpot from 2021 to 2022, and as a Senior Technical Video Producer from 2020 to 2021. Erick also has experience at CBS Interactive, where they held the position of Senior Technical Video Producer from 2016 to 2020, and as an Associate Producer from 2011 to 2013. Erick started their career at Going In Style as a Customer Service Specialist from 2007 to 2011, where they excelled in handling customer inquiries and improving customer satisfaction.

Erick Tay completed their high school education at Mills High School from 1998 to 2002, earning a Highschool Diploma with a focus on General Studies. Erick then attended the University of California, Riverside, where they pursued a degree in BS Business Administration, specializing in Business/Commerce, General.
