Aline Blankertz

Aline Blankertz is an experienced professional with a strong background in data policy, economic analysis, and digital collaboration. Currently serving as an Adviser for policy and public sector at Wikimedia Deutschland e. V. since September 2022, Aline advocates for openness in platform regulation and data policies. Aline is also a Co-Founder of Structural Integrity and the SINE Foundation, focusing on structural solutions for digital society integrity and innovative approaches to decentralized collaboration, respectively. Previous roles include advising for The New Hanse at THE NEW INSTITUTE and project directing "Data Economy" at stiftung neue verantwortung. Aline's earlier tenure at Oxera Consulting LLP involved senior consultancy roles, where substantial contributions were made to economic assessments in digital markets. Aline holds a Master in Economics from the University of St. Gallen, along with degrees and studies from several prestigious institutions.
