Jens Behrendt

Jens Behrendt is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in strategic HR management, leadership development, and organizational culture. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Wikimedia Deutschland e. V. since July 2018, Jens has also been active in career and executive coaching on a part-time basis. Previous roles include Head of Talent at MetaDesign and Director of Human Resources Service at the European University Institute, where Jens managed comprehensive HR functions and strategic initiatives.
