Ian Joseph

Ian Joseph is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the not-for-profit and interim management sectors. Currently serving as the Managing Director at Trustees Unlimited since 2020 and Joint Managing Director at Russam since 2014, Ian has played a crucial role in board recruitment focusing on diversity, appointing over 2,000 individuals in various governance roles. Ian co-founded Step on Board and is a Partner at the WIL Group, which addresses global client issues through executive interim solutions. Previously, Ian held positions such as Non-Executive Director at Avaaz and Advisor to the Founder of Kynder App, in addition to leading HOPE worldwide UK as Chief Executive.
