Heidi Wilcox

Heidi Wilcox has extensive work experience in the learning and development field. Heidi is currently the Director of Learning and Development at Wiland, a position they have held since November 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Oracle from November 2018 to October 2020 as a Learning Solutions Architect in the Global Customer Support organization. In this role, they were responsible for designing and maintaining new hire training modules, creating courseware, developing employee product accreditations, providing cross-training opportunities, and supporting the migration of training content.

Before joining Wiland and Oracle, Heidi worked as a Learning and Development Specialist at Available from August 2018 to November 2018. Heidi also had a role at Oracle from July 2017 to July 2018, where they served as a Principal Training and Enablement Analyst. Heidi began their career at Epsilon in 1997, where they held several roles including Director of Client Services from 2004 to 2007, Manager of Client Services from 1998 to 2004, and Senior Technician from 1997 to 1998. In these roles, they led operations teams, managed and motivated teams, directed infrastructure and continuous process improvement projects, implemented technician training programs, and provided high-quality customer service.

Heidi Wilcox obtained a Master of Science in Management from Regis University from 2006 to 2008.
