Theresa Furtaw

Theresa Furtaw has a strong background in client success, client services, and account management. Theresa is currently working as a Senior Director of Client Success at Wiland since 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles at Merkle, including VP of Client Leadership Group Operations Business Partner and VP of Client Success Nonprofit Vertical Lead. At Merkle, they led a team and worked with nonprofit organizations to help them grow their donor fundraising base. Theresa also has experience in production management and project management at Carlson Marketing Worldwide and Wunderman Detroit, respectively.

Theresa Furtaw earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising from Michigan State University, where they attended from 1983 to 1987. Theresa also obtained a certification in Difficult Conversations: Talking About Race at Work from LinkedIn in August 2020.
