Alonda Fontanez Miller

Alonda Fontanez Miller has a diverse work experience in sales and management roles.

Alonda started their career as a Membership Director at DirectBuy of Pittsburgh in 2009, where they excelled in building strong relationships with prospects and delivering effective sales presentations. Alonda also took on the responsibility of earning and asking for referrals from their membership base.

In 2012, Alonda joined Service Corporation International as a Family Service Counselor-Sales. Alonda consistently performed as a top producer within their team and the company as a whole. Alonda was recognized as Rookie of the Year and earned the Century Club award in their first year. Alonda also took on leadership duties by volunteering to train and motivate their team to success.

Alonda continued their sales career at the Catholic Family Securities Association starting in 2015. In this role as an Account Manager for The Catholic Cemeteries Association, they presented and helped families of all faith plan their funerals in advance. Alonda developed professional relationships with top Eldercare Attorneys and Fiduciaries in Western PA, gaining access and managing their clients' accounts by protecting their funds and assets. Alonda maintained these relationships to build loyalty and generate referrals.

Simultaneously, Alonda worked at The Catholic Cemeteries Association as a Family Service Counselor-Sales. Alonda had a proven track record as a top million-dollar producer, earning the Rookie of the Year award and achieving the highest referral rate among their peers. Alonda was entrusted with leadership responsibilities such as training and recruiting top potential.

From 2019 to 2022, Alonda worked as a Sales Manager II at Service Corporation International. Alonda developed and managed a well-trained sales staff that exceeded sales quotas, increased market share, and expanded the customer base. Alonda ensured that sales counselors followed company policies and procedures while providing them with initial and ongoing sales instruction. Alonda also developed marketing programs tailored to the community's demographics and participated in community events to generate prospects. Alonda was responsible for reviewing contracts and ensuring compliance with financial controls.

Currently, Alonda holds the position of Regional Sales Manager at Wilbert Funeral Services, Inc. starting in 2022. Alonda is responsible for overseeing sales within the North East Division as the Sales Director.
