Nick Seibert, MBA, CPPM has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the agricultural industry. Nick is currently the Crop Protection Actives Portfolio Lead at Wilbur-Ellis, where they provide strategic direction, leadership, and brand execution for the crop protection market. Prior to this, they worked as the US Crop Protection Product Manager at Farmer's Business Network, Inc. and the Marketing Manager at WinField United.

Before transitioning into the agricultural industry, Nick held roles such as Marketing Manager and Regulatory Manager at Land O'Lakes, Inc. In these positions, they oversaw federal and state registrations for critical crop protection, seed, and professional products, and provided leadership and supervision to a team. Nick also worked as a Project Manager at Winfield Solutions, where they managed the implementation of new strategic and tactical projects.

Earlier in their career, Nick gained experience in product development as a Product Development Project Manager at Rhino Marking and Protection Systems. Nick also worked as an Operations and Project Manager at SCCS, Inc. and as a Sales & Project Manager at Atrak Maintenance Services Inc. In addition, they served as an Account Manager at Midwest Hearing Industries, Inc.
