Ken received extensive experience with operations and maintenance of commercial office properties while working for Airport Square Properties as one of the Project Managers for 17 years and continued 18 years of custodial focus working at The Wilburn Company. His current duties & responsibilities as VP of Operations at The Wilburn Company is a rewarding role as he oversees hundreds of staff workers while they deliver services in many unique environments. Trusted by the federal government to deliver services to secure environments, Ken is a key person in The Wilburn Companies ability to excel and grow as we have. His past education at Anne Arundel County Community College and numerous classes involving the Green Cleaning of facilities has laid the foundation for his ability to communicate effectively with clients, cleaning healthy & for the environment, and the planning of such a large & diverse organization.
