Ian Frederick

Ian Frederick is a Manufacturing Engineer at Wilcox Industries since January 2022, previously serving as a Mechanical Design Engineer at BCA - Boston Conveyor & Automation and a Product Design Engineer at Spaulding Composites Inc. Ian's experience includes supporting production operations as a Process Engineer/CNC Operator at G.S. Precision, Inc. and contributing as a Junior CNC Programmer at Simon Pearce, where 3D CAD design was utilized. Additionally, Ian has academic experience as an Assistant Adjunct Professor at Keene State College. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science in Sustainable Product Design and Innovation from Keene State College and is currently pursuing an MBA in Engineering Management at Southern New Hampshire University.
