Theresa Elliott has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. From 1996 to 1998, they worked as a Case Manager at Community Living, Inc., where they trained and supervised Direct Care Professionals and ensured compliance with regulations. From 1998 to 2000, they served as a Residence Hall Director at the Office of Residence Life, University of Scranton, managing Resident Assistants and residence hall funds. Starting in 2000, they joined Mid-Atlantic Federal Credit Union, initially as a Human Resources Coordinator, responsible for recruitment, payroll administration, and benefit program administration. Theresa then became the Director of Human Resources, overseeing the department's activities and collaborating with management on legal compliance, employee relations, and performance management. In 2009, they were promoted to Vice President of Human Resources, developing and implementing HR programs and initiatives to support talent acquisition and employee engagement. In 2015, they joined SCCI as a Human Resources Manager, managing HR programs and initiatives for a government contractor with 250 employees. In 2016, they became the Human Resources Manager at Wilcoxon Sensing Technologies and later the Director of Human Resources (Dual Site Manager), responsible for HR operations at multiple locations. In 2017, they took on the role of Director of Human Resources (Dual Site Manager) at Piezo Technologies.

Theresa Elliott, PHR, SHRM-CP obtained their Masters of Science in Human Resources Administration from the University of Scranton in 2000, and their Bachelors of Science in Human Services from the same university in 1996. Theresa also holds certifications as a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from the SHRM institution in 2015, and as a Professional of Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2005.
