Betsy Bauer

Betsy Bauer is a seasoned professional in the animation industry, currently serving as Lead Lighting Concept Artist at Wild Canary Animation since October 2021, where responsibilities include supervising lighting and color design for the animated series "Young Jedi Adventures." Betsy has also held various roles, including Model Designer/Colorist/Character Designer for the same series, and contributes as an Assistant Professor at the College for Creative Studies, teaching upper-level students remotely. Previous experience includes significant positions at DreamWorks Animation, where Betsy worked on the "Tales of Arcadia" series, and character design for projects at Sony Pictures Animation and Paramount Pictures. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Computer Animation from Ringling College of Art and Design, achieved in 2011.
