Steven Schapera

Steven Schapera has held a variety of roles in the health/beauty/wellness space. In 2000, they founded and served as CEO of BECCA Cosmetics, building it up to be a global cosmetic company with sales across 35 countries. In 2016, they exited their investment in BECCA Cosmetics, selling to Estee Lauder Companies. In 2017, they became a Non Executive Director of Wild Nutrition Ltd. and founded London Labs. Skincare for Hair. In 2018, they joined Invincible Brands as a Non Executive Director. In 2019, they served as Chairman of Crowd Media. In 2021, they became Chairman of Simris Alg., a Swedish Nasdaq-listed biotech company, and CEO, co-founder and Board Director of Integrated Wellness Acquisition Corp (NYSE: WEL). Steven currently serves as Chairman of Tertre Rouge Assets Plc.

Steven Schapera attended the University of Cape Town from 1978 to 1981, studying Mechanical Engineering.
