Kristin Clark

Kristin Clark is the Director of Human Resources at Wildcat Discovery Technologies. She has over twenty years of progressive experience in the Manufacturing, Real Estate, R&D industries specializing in talent and property acquisition, strategy development, organizational learning and development, training facilitation, project management, people leadership, and relocation.

Clark earned a Master's degree in Industrial & Labor Relations with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Cornell University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Wells College. After working for AlliedSignal while at Cornell, she accepted an HR Manager position at Honeywell international in Morristown, NJ. She went on to establish and develop the people practices at Petoskey Plastics where her tenure lasted close to 17 years.
