Mandi Jaffe

Mandi Jaffe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sustainability, outdoor leadership, and communication. Currently serving as an Eco-Rep at Elon University, Mandi presents sustainable living initiatives and leads educational programs aligned with the United Nations 17 Sustainable Development Goals. As a Wilderness Adventures Trip Leader, Mandi has effectively guided high school students through backcountry experiences while managing risk and logistics. Mandi's role as an Outdoors Trip Leader for Campus Recreation & Wellness involved planning diverse outdoor experiences and ensuring participant safety. Additionally, Mandi has held various internships focused on communication and marketing, contributing to digital strategies for organizations such as Ashden and It's Better at the Beach. Mandi holds dual undergraduate degrees from Elon University in Outdoor Leadership and Education, and Communication Design, along with international study experience in England.
