Will Smith, MD, Paramedic, FAEMS has extensive experience in emergency medicine and is currently the President and Medical Director of Wilderness and Emergency Medicine Consulting LLC. Will is also a Clinical Assistant Professor for the University of Washington School of Medicine and the Medical Director for the US National Park Service. Will Smith serves as the Co-Medical Director and EMS Physician for various organizations in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, including Grand Teton National Park, Teton County Search & Rescue, and Jackson Hole Fire/EMS. In addition, they hold multiple roles within the United States Army Reserve, including Medical Director for the Army EMS and Disaster Medicine Program. Will Smith is actively involved in various EMS and pre-hospital groups and has served as a faculty member for Wilderness Medical Associates International and Wilderness and Travel Medicine. Will has also worked as an Emergency Physician at St. John's Health and as a product user for NuMask.

Will Smith, MD, Paramedic, FAEMS has a strong educational background in the field of emergency medicine. Will began their education in 1991 at the University of Wyoming, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Molecular Biology/Pre-Med in 1995. Will then went on to pursue their Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree at the University of Washington - School of Medicine, graduating in 2001. Following their medical degree, Will completed an Emergency Medicine Residency Program at the Medical College of Wisconsin from 2001 to 2004.

To further enhance their expertise in the field of emergency medicine, Will pursued additional education at the American Board of Emergency Medicine. There, they attained Board Certification in EMS with a focus on Prehospital EMS (ABEM) in 2017.

With their extensive educational background and qualifications, Will Smith, MD, Paramedic, FAEMS is equipped to provide exceptional care in emergency medical situations.
