Theo Lingmont is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and advisory roles across various sectors. Currently serving as a Partner at IntegrationPeople.nl, Theo focuses on creating sustainable value through a proven methodology centered on integration and cultural collaboration. In addition to this role, Theo holds positions as Board Treasurer and Chairman of the Board for BuurtBuik, Supervisory Board member for both WILDLANDS Adventure Zoo Emmen and ATLAS Theater, and is involved with Golfclub Kagerzoom and PUM Netherlands senior experts as a Senior Expert.
