Theresa Duncan

Theresa Duncan currently serves as the Senior Director of Individual Giving for the Wildlife Conservation Society, managing efforts from San Francisco and Los Angeles since August 2019. Prior to this role, Theresa was the Director of Individual Giving at Burning Man, where responsibilities included leading a fundraising strategy that aligned with the organization's cultural values. Additionally, Theresa has experience as a Non-Profit Development Consultant for Waterkeeper Alliance, co-founding a fundraising training program, and held the position of Vice President of Development at the Aquarium of the Pacific, where a diverse array of fundraising initiatives was managed. Theresa holds an MBA from California State University-Long Beach and a B.A. in Philosophy from the same institution, as well as educational experience at Grinnell College.
