Andrew Chan

Andrew Chan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the technology and HR fields. Andrew currently holds the position of People Technology Director at Wildlife Studios, where they built a People Technology team and aligned the technology roadmap with the company's strategic business plan. Prior to this, they worked at HR Path as an HXM Solution Architect and Sr Consultant, managing a team focused on SF Employee Central and leading implementation projects. Andrew has also held positions at 1218 Global HR Solutions, Cloud Consulting Partners, Inc, World Vision, General Mills, Learn2Perform, OMF International, Accenture, and Nielsen, where they gained experience in HR solutions, consulting, and SAP implementation.

Andrew Chan completed a Certificate Program in Strategic Talent and Organizational Design at the University of Chicago from 2010 to 2012. Andrew also obtained a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Loyola University Chicago from 2000 to 2001. Additionally, Andrew has acquired various certifications, including a Certified Birkman Consultant certification in 2013 and several SAP certifications in the field of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, obtained in 2018, 2019, and 2021.
