Antonella Schiavoni

Antonella Schiavoni has a strong background in talent management, diversity and inclusion. Antonella is currently serving as the Global Head of Talent Management and DE&I at Wildlife Studios since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Global Head of Culture & Diversity and Inclusion at Delivery Hero from August 2021 to June 2022. From February 2016 to July 2021, Antonella held the position of Global Head Talent Development, Diversity & Inclusion at Mercado Libre. Antonella also has experience in Philip Morris International, where they served as Head of Global Diversity and Inclusion from 2014 to 2016. Antonella held various HR positions at Philip Morris International, including Sr. HR Business Partner for Argentina, Paraguay, Chile, Bolivia, and Uruguay, Sr. Manager Talent Development for the US & Canada, Manager Organizational Development for Latin America & Canada, and Executive Organizational Development for the Southern Cone. Antonella also worked as a Sr. Analyst HR Business Partner at Industrias Juan F. Secco SA and as an Analyst Training and Development at Swift Armour S.A.

Antonella Schiavoni attended the Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2018, where they pursued Executive Education in People, Culture & Performance. In 2011 to 2012, they participated in the Strategic Human Resources Program at Cornell University. Antonella completed a Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations with a focus on Human Resources at the Universidad del Centro Educativo Latinoamericano from 2002 to 2007. Antonella's educational journey began at the Instituto Educativo Los Lapachos, where they attended from 1996 to 2001.
