Natalie Hammer has a diverse work experience history. Natalie started their career as a Junior Sailing Instructor at Roc City Sailing in 2019, and later returned to the company in 2021 as a Lead Sailing Instructor. Natalie also worked as a Junior Sailing Instructor at Roc City Sailing in 2021.

In 2019, Natalie worked as a Leadership & Development Intern at Paychex, where they scheduled and organized creative content for internal development resource. Natalie also gained experience as a Childcare Worker at Edna A. Hill Child Development Center, assisting in a Preschool program and working with developmentally challenged students.

Natalie served as a Photographer at The University Daily Kansan from 2018 to 2020, capturing sports and illustrative photographs for print and web journalism.

In 2021, Natalie worked as an Assistant Teacher at YMCA of Greater Rochester, where they observed and monitored play activities, administered meals and snacks, and ensured the safety and well-being of children. Natalie then became a Lead Infant Teacher at Doodle Bugs! Children's Learning Academy, before transitioning to a role as a Nanny for Private Families. As a Nanny, they created and executed daily schedules for infants and facilitated their development through planned activities.

Currently, Natalie Hammer is working as a Jr. Web Developer and SEO Manager at Wildman Web Solutions, starting in November 2022.

Natalie Hammer attended The University of Kansas from 2017 to 2021, where they obtained a Bachelor of General Science (BGS) degree. During their time at the university, they also studied at The School of Architecture and Design from 2017 to 2018. Prior to their university education, Natalie attended Pittsford-Mendon High School from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a Data Analytics Professional Certificate from Google Career Certificates in November 2022.
