Grace Eng

Grace Eng has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Grace started their career as an Optician and Optical Technician at Daly City Optometry in 2011. Grace then worked as a Lead Optician at Broadway Eyeworks Optometry from 2012 to 2015. In 2015, they transitioned to the pharmaceutical industry and became a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Technician at Genentech. Grace joined Zymergen in 2017 and held multiple roles, including Media Technician II, Fermentation Research Associate I, Associate Manufacturing Engineer I, and Test Development Research Associate III. In 2021, they moved to Codexis, Inc. as a Research Associate IV in Upstream BioProcess Development. Grace is currently working at Wildtype as a Senior Research Associate in Process Development, starting in January 2023.

Grace Eng attended San Francisco State University from 2008 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a concentration in Physiology.
