Ari Meltzer

Ari Meltzer is a Communications, Technology, and Litigation Partner at Wiley Rein LLP, specializing in regulatory policy, compliance, transactions, and litigation in the communications and technology sectors. With experience advising clients on spectrum policy, content distribution, network-affiliate relations, mergers and acquisitions, and FCC enforcement actions, Ari has cultivated a comprehensive legal practice. Prior roles include serving as a Chair of the Social Media/Membership and Marketing Committee at the Federal Communications Bar Association and representing consumer privacy advocates as a Student Attorney at the Institute for Public Representation. Additional experience includes a legal internship at the Federal Communications Commission, a summer associate position at Hogan & Hartson, and various production roles at ABC News, Tribune Broadcasting, and WPSD TV. Ari earned a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a BA in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Southern California.
