Alexander Donovan

Alexander (Zan) Donovan has a diverse work experience, starting in 2008 as a Corporate Paralegal at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. Alexander then joined Teach for America in 2009, serving as a Corps Member teaching 6th grade math and achieving significant gains in student performance. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a 5th Grade Math Teacher at Uncommon Schools. Alexander then transitioned to Teach for America, where they managed recruitment strategy as a Manager from 2012 to 2014. In 2015, Donovan worked as a Summer Consultant at EY-Parthenon before joining the company as a Consultant from 2016 to 2018. Alexander progressed to the role of Project Leader from 2018 to 2020, overseeing various strategy consulting projects. Since 2020, they have been with Wiley, initially as a Director of Enterprise Strategy, then as the Chief of Staff to the CEO, and currently as the VP of Product Strategy for Wiley Edge.

Alexander first attended The George Washington University from 2004 to 2008, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics and Public Policy. After that, they continued their education at the Yale School of Management from 2014 to 2016 and obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA).
