Krista Rich

Krista Rich is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Wiley since April 2020, Krista has previously held significant positions including Talent Acquisition Leader at Delta Dental Ins. from July 2017 to April 2020 and Global Recruiting Manager at American Express Global Business Travel from January 2015 to July 2017. At American Express, Krista transformed the RPO recruiting model into an efficient internal model. Earlier in the career, Krista worked at ADP as a Sales Executive Recruiter and Major Accounts District Manager, contributing to the company's renowned reputation in business outsourcing solutions. Additional experience includes a role as an Outside Sales Representative at UniFirst Corporation.
