Rachel Boyce is a seasoned product manager with expertise in digital learning authoring and delivery platforms. At Wiley since June 2005, Rachel has held several key positions, including Senior Manager for XML, Metadata, and Taxonomy, where responsibilities included project management for Alfresco CMS and adapting to adaptive learning integrations. Previous roles involved maintaining the global EPUB Specification, managing XML processes, and establishing production standards for digital content. Rachel's career began at SYBEX INC. in various roles within the Digital Production Department. A graduate of St. John's College (1986-1990), Rachel employs Agile methodologies and collaborates with diverse teams to enhance technical requirements and project outcomes.
