Simon Chan

Simon Chan is the Founder and CEO of Adapt with Intent Inc., focusing on helping leaders and organizations navigate the challenges of long life spans. As Chair of the Board of Governors at Wilfrid Laurier University, Simon provides strategic oversight for the institution, fostering academic excellence and sustainability. Additionally, Simon holds various influential positions, including Vice Chair of the Stanford Center on Longevity, Co-Chair of the Advisory Committee for The Nexel Collaborative, Senior Fellow at CoGenerate, and member of multiple advisory boards, including the Yale School of Management's Experienced Leaders Initiative and the Dean's Advisory Council at the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics. With a strong background in talent development and corporate innovation from previous roles at Communitech, Simon also serves as Guest Faculty at the Modern Elder Academy and Associate Advisor at the University of Waterloo Work-Learn Institute. Simon's academic credentials include an MBA in Strategy and Finance from Wilfrid Laurier University and a BA Hons in Psychology Organizational Behaviour from the University of Waterloo.
