Alexandra Johanne Amstrup is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in user-focused research and customer experience. Currently serving as a Human Insights Senior Consultant at Wilke since March 2020, Alexandra specializes in designing and leading research studies that enhance usability, product innovation, and customer journey design for B2C and B2B companies.
