Lauren Barnard

Lauren Barnard is currently the Director of Executive Search at Will Reed. Lauren has extensive experience in business development, communications, and brand management.

Previously, Lauren was a Management Consultant at Credera, where they developed business requirements, quality assurance process, and led the web-development team to a successful implementation of a new eCommerce website for a leading achievement product brand on a very tight timeline and budget. Lauren also created new Business Development (BD) meeting structure to increase practice engagement in BD activities, leading to a 25% increase in practice attendance at monthly meetings and the establishment of BD accountability groups within the practice. In addition, Lauren orchestrated campus recruiting buddies program, which trained and paired 30 Credera consultants with over 150 potential campus candidates for 6 office visit breakfasts, along with travel logistics for all out of town candidates.

Before Credera, Lauren served as the Communications & Brand Management Fellow for the College Football Playoff. In this role, they were responsible for managing the organization's social media accounts and executing communications plans. Lauren also created content for the playoff's website and wrote press releases.

Prior to their work in communications, Lauren was the Camper Care Director at Kanakuk, a Christian summer camp. In this role, they oversaw the health and safety of over 1,000 campers ages 7-18. Lauren also trained and supervised over 100 staff members.

Lauren began their career as an Athletic Department Media Relations Assistant at Baylor University. In this role, they wrote press releases, managed media requests, and coordinated interviews for the university's athletic department.

Lauren Barnard is a graduate of Baylor University where they earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). Lauren is a member of the Business Fellows program and has a concentration in Professional Sales and Entrepreneurship.

Their manager is Paige Robinson, Founder & CEO. Some individuals on their team include Shelby Williams - Analyst, Aran Nugent - Senior Executive Associate, and Jamie Wilder - Analyst. They work with Kenna Taylor - Executive Assistant, Kelly Schulze - Director, and Hannah Yeargan - Head of Partnerships.
