Rosa Taylor

Rosa Taylor is an experienced professional currently serving as a Grants Officer at the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation since September 2023. Previously, Taylor held the position of Knowledge Fellow at the Early Childhood Development Action Network (ECDAN) from August 2024 to April 2025. Taylor's extensive background at BRAC USA from October 2017 to August 2023 includes roles such as Program Manager, Program Officer, and Program Associate in Education and Learning, Empowerment, and Adolescent Development.
