Steve Tole

Steve Tole is a managing director and partner in the Investment Banking Group at William Blair and is co-head of the Healthcare Practice. He joined the firm in 2011 and has advised on more than 75 M&A and capital raising transactions for publicly traded and privately-held clients. Steve focuses on companies that transform care delivery and engage healthcare consumers.

Prior to joining William Blair, Steve worked in the payments industry for Great Lakes Scrip Center and in corporate banking at National City Bank.

Steve holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and a B.A. in Finance and International Relations from Michigan State University. He lives in the West Loop neighborhood of Chicago with his wife and four kids.
