Susan Fragale

Susan Fragale is a seasoned professional in research and information consultancy with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Researcher at William Blair since May 2022, Susan previously held the position of Senior Research Consultant and Vice President at Wells Fargo from 2008 to the present. Additional experience includes roles as an Information Consultant and Assistant Vice President at Wachovia Corp from 2001 to 2008, and as a Capital Markets Librarian at First Union National Bank from 1997 to 2001. Early in Susan's career, a position as a Library Support Assistant at Microsoft was held for a brief period in 1997. Educational qualifications include a Master of Library & Information Science from the Syracuse University School of Information Studies and a Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Oswego.
